The Grand Forks Police Department altered times on officer body cams taken during a pursuit that ended in a police shooting of an unarmed man.

Dash-cam video shows police sitting on the Columbia Road Bridge in Grand Forks, North Dakota alongside David James Elliott’s pick up truck as the time-stamp on the dash-cam says 12:36 A.M.

Officer body cam (below) shows David James Elliott being shot as the time-stamp reads 12:36 A.M. in front of the Altru Hospital Emergency Room. At 12:36 the gun shots are heard and an officer is yelling “shots fired – shots fired”. (Note: body cam is in Greenwich Time)

Here is another perspective.

In the photo below you will see David Jamess Elliott sitting in his vehcile atop the Columbia Road Bridge at 12:39 A.M. - alive and well.

But in this body cam video from Sgt. Mark Ellingson, GFPD, in the parking lot at Altru hospital at 12:39 A.M. - the shooting as already happened.

Obviously - that is impossible.

The time stamps on the body cams have been changed.

Almost no visual evidence is revelaed on any of the body cam evidence because the police REDACTED everything they provided to Write Into Action.

The time of the shooting tha appears on the tampered-with body cams does not even match the official time of the shooting provided to the public by these scumbags.

In a controlled joint press release several days after the shooting, UND Police Chief Eric Plummer said, “On Saturday, February 28, 2015, at approximately 12:45 A.M., an officer from the University of North Dakota Police Department was involved in a shooting in the parking lot of Altru hospital”.

The Grand Forks Police Department advised Write Into Action they are going to destroy all the files on Monday, July 18, 2106, based upon a Special Order by GFPD Police Chief Mark Nelson dated June 26, 2016, that changed the Department's retention policies for police video.

Timothy Charles Holmseth has requested the United States District Court grant an Injunction againt the GFPD for their plan to destroy all the evidence of their federal crimes.

This evidence is going to be formally submitted to the United States District Court, Minneapolis FBI, and the United States Department of Justice.
